Alison Neville was born in Zimbabwe in 1945. She moved to England in 1962 to study Fine Art at Gloucestershire College of Art and Portsmouth University. She has a BA in Fine Art, and a postgraduate teaching qualification from London University. From 1974 to 1976 she studied printmaking at Boston University. Alison specialises in architectural subjects and has traveled widely to collect material for her etchings. Her work has been regularly exhibited by the Curwen Gallery since 1983, most recently with a solo exhibition in the upper gallery space in April 2016, titled 'Drawing Around Fitzrovia'.
